The session includes a 40-minute classroom session followed by 3 run sessions (10 min each) on the Calgary Cart Racing Club’s outdoor track, North Star Raceway at Strathmore Motorsport Park, in a real race Kart.
The session runs approximately 3 hours. It includes use of a Kart, Helmet, Race Suit, and Rib Vest & Gloves. Registrants will need to wear running shoes and may bring their own personal helmet if they have one (must be SNELL 2005 or newer either motorcycle or auto helmet).

PLACE: Strathmore Motorsports Park, approximately 55 Km east of Calgary. When driving east on Hwy 1, just leaving the town of Strathmore, turn south (right) onto Range Road 250. It’s just over 1km of well-maintained hard pack gravel road, with a good neighbor speed limit of 30kph, and the kart track is at the end of the road.
COST: $105.00 per person, payable ahead of the event.
Waiver: As this is a track event, participants will have to sign the normal waivers for both the BMWCSA and Calgary Cart Racing Club. Minor Participants (15+) will require the signatures of both parents and this waiver will be forwarded as part of the registration process.
REGISTRATION: email events@bmwcsa.ca no later than August 1, 2017. Class size is 12 so it will be first come, first served with a waiting list. Successful registrants will be sent an email link to the Calgary Cart Club’s final registration and payment information.
