Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Annual General Meeting (AGM) plus Social & General Meeting – 5:30 – 9:00 PM Austrian Canadian Club (3112 11 St NE)

The BMWCSA AGM will be held on Wednesday December 10, 2025 at 7:00 PM via an In-person meeting at the Austrian Canadian Club, 3112 11 St NE, Calgary, AB.  The regular monthly meeting will follow.

An Election Steward has been appointed and all nominations, votes, proxies and questions should be directed to the Steward at Walsh@bmwcsa.ca

Call for Nominations: Board of Directors

By-law 5.02 requires “no less than three (3) up to a maximum of twelve (12) Directors be elected for a three-year term. The Club has decided for Nine (9) total Directors with at least Two (2) elected each year. This rotation allows continuity. After the election, the Directors assign duties and responsibilities.
This year there are Two (2) vacancies to be filled. The three-year terms Wallace Chow and Heather Mercier are up. Wallace has agreed to stand for re-election, the election is open for any new volunteers. Our Club welcomes this as volunteers run our organization.

The Club hereby issues a call for nominations for Directors – Two (2) positions to serve for a 3-year term.

If you are not attending the Annual General Meeting (AGM), please use the Proxy Form to either delegate your voting rights to the Board of Directors to exercise as they see fit, or to cast your vote for the AGM items.

  3. Election of Directors
Election results will be announced in the January newsletter. The Officer roles within the board will be determined by the incumbent and elected Directors.
